Arizona Treasurer Race a Dead Heat
Published on: 20/04/2026
A new statewide survey of Republican voters likely to vote in the upcoming GOP primary reveals that Arizona's 2026 Republican primary for State Treasurer is, at this early stage, essentially a blank slate. With Katherine Haley at 12% and Elijah Norton at 11%, the two candidates are statistically indistinguishable from one another — separated by a single point well within the margin of error. The defining feature of this race is not who is winning, but who is yet to be reached: 77% of Republican primary voters remain undecided, and both candidates are largely unknown to the electorate they are seeking to lead.
